Veggie in Disguise Recipes

Sample Baby Food Menu and Schedule

Not sure what to feed your baby with? Remember, different foods need to be introduced at different ages, and the consistency of the food should also be baby-friendly. Most babies are given plain rice cereal as their first solid food. Besides being easy to digest and not causing any allergic reactions, it is easy to prepare. Make sure it has the consistency of thick, mushroom soup.
