Tomato Flavored Fish Puree

(serves 1)


Ingredients

70 g fish fillet
1 table spoon of Fish stock
2 tea spoon of corn flour
2 teaspoons of minced tomato
Pinch of salt


Method

1. Clean the fish fillet thoroughly.
2. Cook the fish fillet with fish stock. Add pinch of salt.
3. Mash the fish fillet.
4. Dissolve the corn flour and add to thicken the puree.
5. Mix fish puree and minced tomato.
6. Add chicken stock to the mixture and simmer for 15 minutes.
