Tofu Milky Soup

(serves 1)

 

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of tofu/bean curd (30g)
1 tablespoon of milk
1 tablespoon of homemade chicken stock {link}


Method

1. Mash the bean curd.
2. Add milk and stock to the bean curd mash. Cook in the pot for 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle some fresh minced green vegetables before serving.
