Stir Fried Pumpkin

Ingredients

10 g (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
90 g (1) onion, sliced thinly
400 g (1/2 medium-sized) pumpkin, seeded and cut into 1 cm cubes
60 mL (1/4 cup) water
salt to taste


Method

1. Sauté onion until fragrant.
2. Add in pumpkin cubes. Continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add in water and bring to boil.
4. Lower the heat. Simmer until the pumpkin cubes are cooked and the gravy thickens. Add salt to taste.
5. Serve hot.
