Stir-Fried Carrot and Yam Bean

(serves 4)


Ingredients

10 g (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
15 g (3 pips) garlic, chopped
100 g (1/2 cup) prawns, cut into small pieces
120 g (1) carrot, grated
150 g (1 1/2 cups) yam bean, grated
30 mL (2 tablespoons) water
salt to taste


Method

1. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in prawns pieces and stir until clor of prawns change.
2. Add in carrots and yam bean. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add in water and continue stirring until carrots and yam bean are cooked. Add salt to taste.
4. Serve with white rice. You can also use this as a sandwich filling.
