Red Dates Puree

(serves 1)

 

Ingredients

red dates 100g
sugar 10g


Method

1. Wash red dates thoroughly under running water.
2. Put red dates into a pot, add in 50mL (1.5 oz) of water and cook for 15-20 minutes until soft.
3. Peel and remove red dates skin and seed.
4. Add in sugar and mix well.
