Pumpkin Tofu Soup

(serves 1)


Ingredients

1 tablespoon of tofu (30g)
1 tablespoon of pumpkin mash
1.5 cup of chicken stock
¼ teaspoon of butter


Method

1. Mix the bean curd in pumpkin puree.
2. Add in chicken stock to the mixture and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add in ¼ teaspoon of butter, stir well before serving.
