Oat Porridge with Fruits

(serves 2)


Ingredients

25 g (2 1/2 tablespoons) oatmeal
150 mL (1/2 cup) expressed breast milk/formula milk
10 g (1 tablespoon) fresh strawberry, cherry, banana, apple - mashed
150 mL (3/4 cup) water


Method

1. Cook the oatmeal in 1 cup of water.
2. When the mixture begins to boil, lower the flame and simmer until thick and soft.
3. Add the milk and continue to cook for another 2 minute.
4. Stop cooking and let it cool.
5. Mix in fresh fruits prior to serving.

calorie = 181 kcal
fat = 1.5 g
protein = 8.3 g
calcium = 225 mg
iron = 3.8 mg
