Mixed Vegetables with Spaghetti

(serves 3)


Ingredients

125 g (2 leaves) cabbage
150 g (1 piece) bean curd, cubed
15 g (5 pieces) button mushroom, halved
12.5 g spaghetti
10 g (2 pips) garlic
10 g onions, minced
15 g (1 1/2 tablespoon) light soya sauce
12.5 g (3/4 teaspoons) oyster sauce
500 mL (2 cups) water
15 g (1 1/2 tablespoon) vegetable oil
salt to taste


Method

1. Heat oil. Sautee garlic and onion until fragrant. Add water and bring to boil.
2. Add all the ingredients except salt.
3. When the dish is almost cooked, add salt to taste.

fat = 6.0 g
protein = 8.5 g
calcium = 85 mg
