Mango Lassi

Ingredients

1 cup plain full cream yoghurt
1 medium-sized mango, cubed
400ml ice-cold water


Method

1. Mix yoghurt, mango and water in a blender until mixture is smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

protein = 5 g
