Fish Macaroni and Cheese

(serves 2)


Ingredients

15 g (1.5 tablespoon) fish fillet, sliced thinly
10 g (1 tablespoon) uncooked macaroni
3 g (1 tablespoon) spinach or mustard leaves, chopped finely
600 mL (2 cups) boiled chicken stock
Shredded cheddar cheese


Method

1. Boil the macaroni in a pot of water until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Chop the macaroni finely. Keep in a bowl.
3. Cook the chopped spinach/mustard leaves in the chicken stock until tender.
4. Add in fish fillet to the soup and boil for 2 minute.
5. Pour the soup over the macaroni. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
6. Let it cool slightly before serve.
