Banana Prune Smoothie

Ingredients

150g plain full cream yoghurt
1 cup full cream milk
40g prunes, chopped
3 medium-sized bananas, sliced
2 teaspoons honey
10 ice cubes


Method

1. Mix yoghurt, milk, prunes, bananas and honey in a blender until mixture is smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a container, add ice cubes and shake until mixture is well-mixed.
3. Serve immediately.

Calorie = 194 kcal
Fat = 6.6 g
Protein = 5 g
Calcium = 152 mg
Iron = 0.4 mg
